Saya is for you, for me, my gym, my community, my goals.
Not everyone’s fitness goals are the same, which is why we created Saya. A shirts on, all-level fitness center, where everyone is welcome. From the gym to the café and co-working space, we want all our members to feel welcomed and comfortably uncomfortable.

We have top-notch Merrithew reformers, and expertly trained trainers that provide a fun, invigorating, and dynamic reformer experience.. Our classes accommodate only 6 participants to ensure personalized attention. Additionally, our Pilates trainers offer one-on-one sessions for individualized guidance.
Saya Fight Club
Experience small group Muay thai and boxing classes that are suitable for beginners to advanced.
